Jamie Crawford
Founder & Executive DirectorJamie is a Self-Transformation Therapist at Internal Alignments Healing Arts. She is a certified Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Shamanic Practitioner with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals on their healing and personal growth journeys. With a background rooted in both conventional healthcare and holistic healing practices, Jamie brings a unique perspective to advancing integrative approaches to health and wellness in Oregon.
Her career began in Western medicine, where she witnessed the powerful connection between the body and mind and recognized the important role that emotional and spiritual well-being plays in overall health. These experiences inspired her to help bridge the gap between healing arts practitioners and traditional healthcare providers, creating opportunities for collaboration that better serve individuals and communities.
Jamie founded OHAN to foster education, dialogue, and partnership across healing disciplines. Through her leadership, she works to promote ethical, accessible, and inclusive healing practices while advancing a vision of whole-person wellness that honors the diverse paths people take toward health, healing, and personal transformation.
Ian’s passion is serving humanity and supporting the well-being of others. He is a caregiver licensed caregiver and a Level II Reiki practitioner who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and energy-based healing. Ian’s goal is to help bring the healing arts closer to the communities that can benefit from them most.
For more than 25 years, Ian has dedicated his life to service in many forms. His experience includes serving our country in the United States Navy, as well as working in both the public and private sectors. Throughout Ian’s career, he has been driven by a commitment to helping people and strengthening communities.
Ian served as both a volunteer and employee with PDX Saints Love in the Streets, supporting unhoused individuals and families in the Lents community. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the challenges many people face and reinforced his belief that healing, dignity, and human connection should be accessible to everyone.
Board ChairIan Mclain
Susanne is the Co-Founder of the former Haelan House, a Central Oregon nonprofit where she served as Development Director and was instrumental in creating the Healing Trauma Conference, an annual event dedicated to increasing awareness about trauma, supporting education, and highlighting complementary and alternative approaches to healing. She is a strong advocate for a whole-person approach to health and well-being that empowers individuals to become active participants in their own healing journeys and create more balanced, healthy, and sustainable lives.
She brings strong relationship-building skills, a warm and approachable presence, and a passion for creating collaborative, win-win partnerships.
As a community connector and advocate, Susanne will help expand OHAN’s presence throughout Central Oregon by building partnerships, supporting outreach efforts, and identifying opportunities to increase access to healing arts services, including the development of a wellness care fund to help individuals who may otherwise be unable to afford these transformative modalities
Outside of her community work, Susanne enjoys exploring Central Oregon’s many hiking trails, spending time with her family and first grandchild, and fostering horses with her husband, Joe, through Mustangs to the Rescue while they await their forever homes.
